NVS-VHL720 is a small-molecule VHL molecular glue degrader for cysteine dioxygenase 1 (CDO1) with CDO1 recruitment (TR-FRET) AC50 of 71 nM, binds with VHL (binary) with SPR KD of 72 nM, induces CDO1 degradation (absDC50 of 8 nM/98% degradation) in HEK293T cells.
