RGX-202 induces apoptosis and inhibits tumor cell proliferation. inhibits growth of KRAS mutant and wild-type CRC PDXs. RGX-202 synergizes with 5-FU and leflunomide. RGX-202 exerts potent antitumor activity alone and in combination with lenvatinib in patient-derived xenografts and primary HCC mouse models.
