Rimegepant (BMS-927711) inhibits hαCGRP-induced increases in marmoset facial blood flow upon subcutaneous (SC) dosing.
Rimegepant (BMS-927711) shows good metabolic stability, acceptable CYP inhibition profile, good animal PK, and a favorable predictive toxicological profile.
