SBL-105 (SBL105) is a potent, selective DHODH inhibitor with IC50 of 48.48 nM (rh DHODH).
SBL-105 shows high binding efficacy toward DHODH with a ΔGbinding score of -10.9 kcal/mol.
SBL-105 inhibits the proliferations of THP-1 cell with a GI50 value of 60.66 nM, and TF-1 cells with GI50 value of 45.33 nM, and HL-60 and SKM-1 cells are 73.98 and 86.01 nM, respectively
SBL-105 increases S-phase cell cycle arrest and total apoptosis, also increases the differentiation marker CD11b-positive populations in both THP-1 and TF-1 cells.
