    Biological Activity

    SKLB188 is a small molecule multikinase inhibitor and potently inhibits EGFR with IC50 of 5 nM.
    SKLB188 inhibits a number of receptor tyrosine kinases, including Abl, Erb2, Erb4, Flt1, Flt3, Flt4, EphB, FGFR, c-Kit, Met, and PDGFR at 10 uM.
    SKLB188 potently inhibits the growth of HNSCC cells in vitro and in vivo by targeting EGFR signalling.
    SKLB188 inhibits FaDu xenograft growth in nude mice.
