TH8535 (TH-8535) is a potent, selective inhibitor of 8-oxo Guanine DNA Glycosylase 1 (OGG1) with IC50 of 0.2 uM.
TH8535 displays high selectivity against a number of DNA glycosylases and base excision repair enzymes (IC50>100 uM).
TH8535 caused a significant loss of viability in a number of cancer cells at μM potency, while being better tolerated in non-transformed cell lines.
