TN-2 is a potent, dual tubulin/NRP1-targeting inhibitor with IC50 of 0.71 uM (tubulin polymerization) and 0.85 uM (NRP-1), inhibits proliferation and angiogenesis of tumor cells.
TN-2 significantly inhibits the viability of several human prostate tumor cell lines.
TN-2 inhibits tubulin polymerization and cause G2/M arrest, thereby inducing cell apoptosis.
TN-2 also suppress cell tube formation, migration, and invasion.
TN-2 shows obvious antitumor effects on the PC-3 cell-derived xenograft model with negligible side effects and good pharmacokinetic profiles.
