TRAF-STOP 6877002 prevents the progression of established atherosclerosis in mice, reduces leukocyte recruitment and reduces macrophage activation.
TRAF-STOP 6877002 reduces macrophage proliferation in atherosclerotic plaques and reduces the expression of Ki67 in BMDMs.
SMI-6877002 inhibits CD40-TRAF6-dependent inflammation and ameliorates retinal vascular leakage and capillary degeneration in diabetic mice.
