TRAM-34 (TRAM34) is a potent and highly selective blocker of intermediate conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (KCa3.1 channel) with Kd of 20 nM.
TRAM-34 displays 200-1500-fold selectivity over KV, BKCa, KCa2, Na+, CRAC and Cl- channels.
