UPCDC-30766 (UPCDC 30766) is a potent, allosteric inhibitor of AAA+ ATPase p97 (valosin-containing protein, VCP) with biochemical IC50 of 12 nM, EC50 of 226 nM in cellular UbG76V-GFP accumulation assays.
UPCDC-30766 exhibits antiproliferative effect in the HCT116 cell line with IC50 of 340 nM.
UPCDC-30766 shows dose-dependent increases in Ub-K48 levels starting at 40 nM in PD assays, increases in CHOP and cleaved caspase-3 protein levels at 1 uM in colon cancer cell line HCT116.
