Biological Activity
USP10 inhibitor LY-2 is a potent ubiquitin-specific protease 10 (USP10) inhibitor with SPR binding KD of 365 nM and IC50 of 10.87 uM.
LY-2 (10 uM) induces the degradation of USP10 downstream protein YAP and p53 in Huh-7 cells.
LY-2 suppresses the growth of HCC cells by triggering apoptotic pathways, exhibits proliferation inhibition potency in Huh-7 with IC50 of 0.5 uM.
LY-2 inhibits USP10, thereby promoting YAP degradation, which affects the expression of CDK4 and CCNB2 within the p53 signaling pathway and ultimately leads to apoptosis in HCC cells.
