Biological Activity

USP1 inhibitor 38a is a potent, oral bioavailable deubiquitinating enzyme USP1 inhibitor, dose-dependently induces Ub-PCNA accumulation, triggers cell cycle arrest, and potently suppresses cell viability.
USP1 inhibitor 38a synergized with olaparib in MDA-MB-463 cells.
USP1 inhibitor 38a effectively induced c-MYC downregulation.
The combination of 38a with olaparib exerted potent antitumor efficacy in MDA-MB-436 xenograft model.
