UT-143 interferes liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS), causes chromatin condensation and dissociation of AR-V7 interactome.
UT-143 possesses drug-like pharmacokinetics and metabolism properties and inhibits PCa cell proliferation and tumor growth.
