Uniconazole is a plant growth retardant and potent inhibitor of abscisic acid (ABA) catabolism in Arabidopsis with IC50 of 68 nM for ABA 8’-hydroxylase, also is a potent competitive inhibitor of CYP707A3 activity with Ki of 8 nM, inhibits gibberellin biosynthesis.
