YCH2823 is a potent, selective USP7 inhibitor with IC50 of 49.6 nM, ITC Kd of 117 nM.
YCH2823 demonstrates a dose-dependent inhibition of cell proliferation in MM.1S cells with IC50 of 102.4 nM.
YCH2823 shows significantly lower IC50 value comapred to FT671 (Cat# PC-60088) against in both TP53 wild-type and -mutant cells.
YCH2823 significantly inhibits the viability of CHP-212 and NCI-H526 cells, with IC50 values of 8.43 nM and 40.64 nM, respectively.
YCH2823 induces cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and expression of BCL6.
YCH2823 is synergistically with mTOR inhibitors against CHP-212 and IMR32 cells.
