Z583 is a potent, highly selective JAK3 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.1 nM, 4500-fold selectivity over other JAK subtypes. Z583 completely inhibited the γc cytokine signaling and sufficiently blocked the development of inflammatory response in RA model, while sparing hematopoiesis.
