Compound 094 094 enhanced p53 de-novo protein expression in wild-type, but not in eIF4E ∆-Cterm HCT116 cells, enhances p53 expression through enhancing its mRNA
translation.
Compound 094 inhibits tumor cell growth and enhances doxorubicin-mediated growth suppression.
