eN-IN-1 (N-[(4-Aminophenyl)methyl]adenosine) is an α,β-Methylene-ADP (AOPCP) derivative, potent, selective ecto-5′-Nucleotidase (eN, CD73) inhibitor with Ki of 29 nM for rat recombinant eN.
eN-IN-1 also exhibits dual-action properties toward both A2AR and equilibrative nucleoside transporter 1 (ENT1) with Ki of 27.7 uM and 6.51 nM.
