hNPR1 inhibitor JS-11 inhibits hNPR1 receptor activity through a non-competitive mechanism.
hNPR1 inhibitor JS-11 reduced scratching responses to histamine-challenged mice and attenuated CYM5442-induced scratching in vivo, reduced the number of c-FOS-positive neurons to intradermal histamine challenge.
