Elraglusib (9-ING-41) is a novel potent, selective GSK-3β inhibitor with IC50 of 0.7 uM.
9-ING-41 demonstrates good antiproliferative activity against a panel of pancreatic cancer cell lines (IC50=0.5-5 uM), decreases XIAP expression and significantly induces apoptosis.
9-ING-41 affects energy homeostasis and induces autophagy, demonstrates tumor growth inhibition in vivo.
