GSK-963 (GSK963) is a potent and selective inhibitor of RIP1 kinase (RIPK1) with IC50 of 29 nM in FP binding assays.
GSK-963 displays excellent selectivity of against a panel of 339 kinases, including IDO.
GSK-963 efficiently blocks necroptosis in both murine and human cells with IC50 of 1 nM and 4 nM, respectively.
GSK-963 demonstrates much greater protection from hypothermia in model of TNF-induced sterile shock, compared with Necrostatin-1.
