Peficitinib inhibits IL-2-dependent T cell proliferation in vitro and STAT5 phosphorylation in vitro and ex vivo.
Peficitinib dose-dependently suppresses bone destruction and paw swelling in an adjuvant-induced arthritis model in rats; orally bioactive.
